Day 1: Boring but Necessary

Before I could start the official work, I had to design a title block for the company. After a few hours of setting my fields, filling them out, and preparing the logo, I finally finished the first task.
Once I completed that, I began the actual project, filling out notes. An engineer has to write notes for the project. It's a way of ensuring that the construction team has no questions. When engineers are starting out, it is hard to figure out what to put onto the sheet, but as time progresses there could be multiple sheets for notes. The notes contain guidelines that some would deem as common sense, but are written down just in case. Since my father has been in the business for awhile, he prepared notes that would fit onto an ARCH D size sheet for me to type. After about four hours, I finally finished typing up the notes. Below is an example of what engineer notes can look like, though the one I was working on was an entire page of writing, but I can't post an image because it has to remain confidential.
